'22 TN RB Jordan James (Oregon commit)

I thought UT was the only school that did this? I hate it for him though
It's done all the time. We only follow UT closely, so it seems like we're the only ones. What we see are the bullsh!t stories like the ones written about us recently saying a kid flipped, when actually they were processed (asked to git).

He should have given this staff an opportunity back in the spring and summer.
Agreed, but he and his family have fully bought in that UGa is his nose effective way to the league, really like Coach McGee. Personally from what I have heard in his recruitment he could be a case of Kirby just doesn’t want schools like UT to have him.

Hot take: Georgia never had any intention of taking James. Just let him commit and showed him love so Tennessee wouldn’t be able to take him.
This. Kids need to think about where they’re going instead of just picking the best team. UGA is loaded at RB and they currently have 5 star rotting on the bench. They’ll recruit another 5 star next year. Not saying you should be afraid competition of earning that top RB spot but kid could have been the crown jewel of most other classes and with UGA it’s clear they’re going to dump him at the 11th hour.

Kirby might have messed up. While he was messing around in Tennessee, he let Heupel plant seeds in Georgia

The lying will catch up to Kirby one day. He’s a total asshat. If they weren’t going 11-1 every year they’d can his ass. Truth be told nobody at UGA likes him he just has enough talent and wins enough games they put up with it. Will be beautiful when they slip to even 9-3 one year and he’s on the hot seat.

Was just saying that in my previous post, but I can tell you that UGa staff was not at OHS as much as anyone anticipated

This makes sense. From what I have read on the UGA board there wasn’t a ton of contact going on and they kind of hoped and assumed the kid would start looking at other options on his own. Clearly that didn’t happen. It’s too bad Tennessee is filled up now. He would have fit in nicely in this offense. UNC or Miami would be good fits for him.

Did this kid ever seriously consider Tennessee or does he have some manufactured issue with UT?
