To Protect and to Serve II

Oathbreakers being used in California to draw blood from newborns. If you people don't think that these cops won't be used on you and enforce these stupid azz medical laws, you are crazy. 10-15 cops (guns drawn) showing up with a social worker and given keys to their apartment. These oathbreaker cops are not your friends...

LA Couple Says Birth of Baby Girl Turned Hostile After Arriving at Hospital

Since Kayla had complications, paramedics were called. The couple says the paramedics declared the baby healthy but rushed everyone to LA County USC Medical Center where the couple declined to let doctors draw the baby's blood.

"We said no. We prefer our child to be seen by a private physician. Don’t want your services. Reserve the right to deny," Kayla said.

The couple says that's when things took a hostile turn and doctors asked if Kayla had Hepatitis. They also say a social worker and LAPD asked about domestic abuse in the home.

"The officer was, as a mother, she was like, don’t you care about your daughter? Don’t you want to answer these questions and get this over with?" said Kayla.

See how these scumbag cops operate? "Just answer these questions and get this over with... we're only talking about your rights."

The hospital followed its procedures. The mother agreed to abide by hospital procedures as soon as she asked to go by EMTs there. Once there she is allowed to leave AMA but when having a baby, case managers can refer to DCS if suspected abuse is involved. I’d bet a paycheck that the mother has a history of drug abuse and/or there was an incident at the hospital with the father with abusive behavior. It happens every week at the hospital I work at. Once the mother has a drug history and refuses to let a simple blood draw on the baby, it’s a DCS call every time

A license is a contract with the state. When you obtain one you are agreeing to follow state vehicle and driving laws. In the absence of that contract how can they be held accountable for following state vehicle laws?
If I’m correct a sovereign recognizes no other authority but their own and considered themselves as equals to any form of government. Whether it be local, state or federal jurisdiction.
I’m emphasizing contract laws here because they have made no contract with the state and in the absence of a contract the state has nothing to argue.
Because there is no right to drive on state or city roadways. They can drive only on their own property without the expectation of following laws

Do you understand the DCS laws and procedures and why they exist? They had to investigate by law or they could be held accountable
That is the problem. You don't seem to understand it. The govt comes out with these silly laws and the oathbreakers willingly go out and enforce them. Oathbreakers are only loyal to the lawmakers, not the people.

That entire fiasco in California is ridiculous.

A law that protects an innocent child from neglect or abuse...by anyone...is "silly"?

That's a new low for you, Raz.
The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

And then of course, there is officer discretion.

This obviously get out of hand, and the oathbreakers didn't do anything to calm it or slow it down.
