The judge acted and they were able to release him from the Minnesota hospital and able to go to another one in Texas where the doctors there commented on the bad condition that the husband/patient was in.

So your task is to dispute the decision made by the judge and you need to address the comments made by the doctors at the second medical facility he went to that is treating him right now. Because sounds like you either have an issue with the judge's decision, or you are calling the Texas doctors liars... or, you think the entire story is a fabrication.

Policing experts said it was curious that the troopers did not give Santiago a breathalyzer test on the scene. Had they done so, and had Santiago failed, he may have been arrested on the spot.

I gave you a perfectly good reason. They chose to follow a policy (or the law) rather than giving that woman a chance to get her husband to another facility that could possibly save him.

I'm not going to continue to have this discussion about that case in this thread because it is slightly off topic. However, this does highlight the problem that many people like you have and it relates to a lot of these police problems. You follow orders no matter how ridiculous they are. You have no discernment and place the importance of "following the rules" over realizing that every rule or law has exceptions and times when they need to be overlooked.

The problem is that you have no clue or education of what you speak of. No families don’t have the right to say bring peyote or handling snakes to a dying cancer patient because they believe it works. You have two problems:

1) you lack simple comprehension of how police or doctors or EMTs or anything work so you criticize the laws and procedures and other things because YOU have conspiracy theory type thinking mixed with irrational feelz. You are criticizing things you don’t even understand.
