You are going back and forth with someone who stated Manchin is still better than any Republican out there. No use wasting your time. He'll be complaining about Trump until the next Republican not named Trump is elected. Then his focus will shift to that person. Republicans could run a ticket that consisted of Dolly Parton and Peyton Manning and he still wouldn't be happy.

This is how you embolden them is when you intentionally misstate things. You and I both know every election has some baseline level of fraud. I don’t believe he lost because of fraud, but when you say “there was no fraud” (which the media does) people are smart enough to know you’re lying to them.

Conservative justices should be hearing all cases because they’re the only ones who actually do their job.

I’ve never defended his attacks on the AG. Both AGs under him did great jobs. The fbi and the cia on the other hand, proved themselves to be left wing partisan hacks over and over. So much so that of them frequents cnn and msnbc to talk about how shameful it is to be a white man

Both are activists, you just like the results on one side.

I think the other's who are responding to this are talking about lower courts, and there may be validity to that. I can't say I know justices, their political affiliation, or their rulings on the lower courts to the level I do the Supreme Court.

But from what I know of the Supreme Court it does appear to me that the right picks the more moderate justices (Kavanaugh and Roberts for example).

I can agree all of those are bad. Do you have issues with politicians writing open letters to (I don't recall if it was DTV or DISH) asking for the removal of FOX and MSNBC and CNN using air time to promote it?

Yes. That's ridiculous. Freedom of the press serves an essential check on public corruption in this country. The press is not "the enemy of the people" as an orange-colored blowhard has been known to say.

these are reaches especially #4 when the battle cry for the left in winning and losing is the popular vote. #7 should trouble everyone regardless of affiliation and #2 has been awarded in the past for far less.

The Nobel Peace Prize is a very silly thing for the President of the United States to lobby for, but that is what Trump did. Such trite awards are only important to egotistical people, such as Donald Trump.

If censorship of any variety really does trouble you, then as a matter of consistency, Donald Trump's tweets which openly encouraged the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to "look into" or "challenge" the broadcast license of NBC should also be a concern. Donald Trump did that repeatedly, but then he had the balls to whine about the 1st Amendment after his Twitter ban? That was hypocritical of him.

Trump has not exactly been consistent himself, has he? Basically, media outlets who praise him are great. Media outlets who are critical of him, should be shut down.

Twitter did not violate the 1st Amendment when they banned Trump from their forum. However, Trump's tweet directed towards the FCC, would have violated the 1st Amendment, if the FCC would've/could've followed his "suggestion."

Same platform banning Trump, who used the platform to by pass traditional media to speak is banned. Same platform that allows terrorist recruiting, beheading videos, withheld information in regards to Biden connection through Hunter weeks before an election, same format that provides fingertip access to porn or but more recently just banned Irans leader after a video surfaced to assassination of Trump almost a week later.
