Todd Gurley suspended indefinitely

I live in Georgia and dawg fans are worried this could end up like the Ohio state ordeal. I'm not sure of the rules, but couldn't it? If he's definitely guilty and dismissed, I would think they have to forfeit the games he played in. Or its no big deal and he plays again. I'm not sure what would happen.

UGA being proactive here helps. OSU tried to hide it and lied. Two different circumstances IMO.

Worst case is Gurley is ruled ineligible and UGA gets a slap on the wrist.

UK has UGA at home 11/7, if he is out that game becomes a lot more interesting.

I'm a one game at a time kind of guy- Beat ULM this weekend - but to me, the Kentucky/Mizzou game has bigger implications.

Georgia's offense was one-dimensional with Gurley. Chubb may be the next thing, but we'll see how a freshman RB holds up to the 30 carries a game rigor in the SEC.

ESPN - NCAAF: Source tells ESPN's Darren Rovell Todd Gurley's suspension for signing 500 items at $8-$25 each

Huh? That was a great defensive play. Luck had zero to do with it. Sheesh.

Come on. Stoerner tripped over his oline's feet and did the dumbest thing possible; tried to brace himself with the ball.

If you consider driving the olineman back a bit a "great defensive play", then ok I guess. It was mostly Stoerner being a klutz.

Good for him.

Less chance of injury now as well. Not sure why he would want to play the rest of the year anyway.... best back in the country.

Gurley's an idiot for doing it

The Benjamins in his pocket disagree as well as myself.

I doubt he will sue but he does have a cause of action at this point based on the limited facts we have available. I would probably just tell Georgia to F off, if I were him, he'll go probably in the 1st through 3rd round.

Do you really think Driskel would have led a TD drive even with that short field? He couldn't do it for a little over 3 quarters with good field position on several occasions.

No but Matt Jones played running back if u forgot. He also had over 100 rushing yards

Didn't he run it in for the TD? I don't see Driskel pulling that one off. He did make a difference, we were winning up until then, even if we did suck offensively that game.

Driskel ran well against us when he ran instead of throwing. Matt Jones carried Florida's offense & the stats show it. If our offense would have taken advantage of numerous opportunities in the first half we would of had the game by halftime.
