Todd Gurley suspended indefinitely

Honestly, what does the president even say to this?

He be like

This is getting to the point of Alabama dumb. Richt needs to visit Saban on how to have a star athlete complete his eligibility.

uh, as far as chubb...too soon, but for gurley this was the best thing he could have done for himself. He gets a little scratch, gets a break, gets drafted in the first, and stays healthy...why wouldn't he? You'll see a LOT more of this type of thing to come.

Keith Marshall can't stay healthy. Chubb is good but he makes some very dumb runs. I personally think Sony Michel is their best offensive weapon because he's bigger and faster. He plays RB and WR.

Michel is out with a broken clavicle, though, isn't he?

Don't be surprised if UGA gets more pass happy and Bryce Ramsey sees a few more snaps at QB. He's young but he can get it down the field.

Wouldn't that more play into what Missouri tries to do on defense, especially doing such with a struggling QB?

Who cares? Gurley's an idiot for doing it

The Benjamins in his pocket disagree as well as myself.

I doubt he will sue but he does have a cause of action at this point based on the limited facts we have available. I would probably just tell Georgia to F off, if I were him, he'll go probably in the 1st through 3rd round.

I like how this article put it:

It may be a bad rule, but Gurley proved that he is either dumb, selfish or both by signing everything under the sun. His bad decision has left Georgia and Chubb in a hell of a fix.

uh no. Chubb gets exposure and is still a frosh and not going to get blamed for ****...believe me that kid is going to show out...he will have NO splainin to do. Gurley gets healthy and rested and a little pocket money and will still go in the top rounds. I see no problem. Same route Clowney took. Get some rest, take a break before the draft. You know you are going high.

The point of the quote wasn't that Chubb would be blamed.

It was that for whatever reason Gurley decided to do this, it was a dumb and/or selfish on his part...especially with consideration to how much of it he was signing.

It was a bad decision on his part that impaired/left his school (and his team) in more difficult positions (than had he not).

In a diff article I read, the dealer said Gurley promised him exclusivity then started signing stuff for other dealers.

college players should never ever promise anything like that --- until they get an agent and announce they are going pro, then the agent can make the deals for them. UGA compliance is at fault if they didnt explain this to Gurley and all their athletes -- next I would guess the IRS could be getting involved and if the dealer didnt pay his taxes either then - he screwed himself by being a rat.
