Toomer's Corner Poisoned

I'm not surprised this guy used his real name and hometown when he called Finebaum.... Criminal mischeif will surely be upgraded if they can show that the poison has gotten into the water supply. Misapplication of an herbicide is a federal offense.

Correct.

It doesn't necessarily have to be "toxic", I would think.

An enterprising type could corner the t-shirt market on this and make enough to cover a mortgage payment or two.

You could sell "FREE AL" t-shirts with this guy's mug to Bama fans or "BAMA PRIDE" t-shirts to AU fans.

Thanks for the insight, Lieutenant Greenthumb.

Guy probably didn't even go to bama. Just a stupid redneck fan who takes college football a little too serious

That's General Malaise to you, pal.... Seriously though, whatever this guy thought he was doing, I'm sure he didn't think for a minute that all the folks he imagined would hail him as a hero would turn his butt in and muy pronto at that....

Also, let's not forget - let's *not* forget, Dude - that keeping wildlife, an amphibious rodent, for uh, domestic, you know, within the city - that aint legal either.

Aubbies are saying it's a class C felony in Alabama with a 10 year minimum prison sentence. I doubt it. But there was a similar case in Texas where a man was sentenced to 7 years.

Haven't seen this on here yet... sorry if it is a repost.

Hate what Al the Idiot did, but this is funny!

the phrasing of your herbicide comment made me think of this quote :hi:

Gotcha. I figured it was some quote from a movie or TV show. I was showing the mug shot to an Auburn fan I work with and he said it kinda looked like the old guy in the wheelchair from The Big Lebowski.
