Finebaum is interviewing Updykes friend/landlord and also has his attorney on. Friend confirmed Harvey's daughter is Crimson Tyde Updyke and his son is Bear Bryant Updyke. Said he wanted to name his 3rd child "Ali Bama Updyke" but his 2nd wife wouldn't allow it LOL, She's jus plain ole' Megan Updyke.

AUBURN -- Yet another defense attorney is representing Harvey Updyke Jr. this Tuesday.

Glennon Threatt Jr. says he is representing the man accused of poisoning two oak trees at Toomer's Corner in Auburn, where fans have celebrated sports victories for years.
Threatt follows three defense attorneys who asked to be removed from the case, two because of a conflict of interest and another because of a disagreement with Updyke.

Threatt, who represented former Birmingham mayor Larry Langford last year, said on the Paul Finebaum radio show that he is "proud to represent him." Threatt said Updyke is living in his car in the woods because of safety concerns.

Lord his attorney is even laughing every time they mention their names. Also he's supposedly living in his car by a creek since he went to "The Wal-mart" and had 2 tires cut while he was inside and feels unsafe

Actually, the article I found didn't include a death, just a shooting. Unfortunate, sure, but not a death.

Please find one article, any article, that mentions a murder as a result of the Iron Bowl.
