OMG. I just heard the PFRN interview with Updyke. This guy is a piece of work, He pulls into a gas station to get green tea and next thing he knows he down on the ground. And his attorney just lets him babble on, lol.

Updyke appeared in court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing. Shortly after leaving, he told police, he was attacked at a gas station. Opelika police said they have no witnesses or suspects.
