Oregon already announced they will offer the HC position to their OC Mark Helfrich if Chip Kelly leaves.

Aaaah. Would Kelly be taking any of his staff with him? Did Harbaugh or Carroll when they made the jump? If the staff stays, I doubt much will change for Oregon. Not much changed for Stanford, I don't know if he kept the staff though.
