Makes you wonder if bamas recruiting will suffer because of him ultimately or if they recruit near the same level and he develops the talent sufficiently. Why are they unnecessarily tight? That’s your standard. UW’s last 4 classes are 19, 42, 89 and 24; their talent on paper isnt a juggernaut. They’re talented on the field because they’ve been developed well. Doesn’t erase the fact that they typically recruit 3-4th best in the PAC-12.
If he wins they’ll still come. If you’re a WR or QB you’d be foolish to not want to play in his offense. He’s fixing to put 3 WR’s in the draft that’ll help his case.Makes you wonder if bamas recruiting will suffer because of him ultimately or if they recruit near the same level and he develops the talent sufficiently.
"This guy has won everywhere he's been" is usually the kiss of death for an introductory tour as a HC of an SEC program. Time will tell however IMO the odds of him being there in 5 years is 60-40 without him presiding over a single practice yet. This is the best hire Bama could have made. This guy has won everywhere he's been. Ughhhh.
