I'm not saying he hasn't, he has been, but if the Brewers trade for Beltran, Morgan would be the one to sit. I don't think the Brewers will trade for him though.

I would prefer to stay away from a .5 year rental but if it's the best deal available I'd be ok with it. We need something to happen.

If the Rockies lower the asking price a little bit to say one of Grandal/Alonso, Hamilton and 2 b or c type prospects I would do that. Mesoraco should be off the table though.

I think Hamilton should be untouchable, too, unless there is just some stupid deal we can get done that involves him. Jimenez isn't quite what I am looking for for a trade involving a guy that is starting to really bloom as one of our premier prospects.

I absolutely love billy hamilton but he still has a lot of question marks at the plate and in the field. If there is a Grandal, Hamilton, Francisco, Donnie Joseph type deal on the table for Jiminez or Shields I wouldn't hesitate sending them off.

Yes, first baseman for the Sounds. Very good hitter, I think he has 18 hr's so far. Decent fielder as well.

i would give them chapman and heisey. no way on merasco. I still say the reds need more hitting than pitching. there pitching hasn't been to bad lately.
