Bunch of hints being thrown about a big time player about to hit the portal. It could be from UConn but even though that is where they are hinting not making anything clear. I guess we'll find out who this player is soon.

Would be very happy to land Owusu a super star player at Maryland she didn't play much at Va Tech broke a finger and was out much of the season. I don't know exactly where we would want her to play if she was interested as she played point guard for Maryland. She could definitely play the two easily and be a strong rebounder and scorer from that position. Better shooter than Coulibaly same body type.

I understand the need to contribute, but at the same time, why can't we negotiate with Sprye or whoever is handling NIL for the football or basketball teams. You'd think White would help broker a deal or something..

Big time five star is always subjective. I could see DeBerry or Patterson leaving but it won’t hurt the Connie’s much. They got the Egyptian player and Brady in the wings.

I’m concerned about team chemistry with adding her. I guess take her if she’s properly vetted but I’m skeptical.

Keep it real it might be the death of LV basketball because other schools are doing just fine plus wcb is a small fish in a big pond and college football is where the NIL is the most important

It can't be on the Boneyard. They don't allow posts about players transferring out of the program. Are there other uconn women's basketball sites ?

Definitely think she can thrive off the ball for us. We can really use a another guard that can create for themselves now that Jordan is gone. Because Tess was getting clamped against the more athletic teams.
