Just me if I were running the team I would be working for Sears, a player like Barnum that is in the portal from Arkansas, and Coulibaly if she hasn't signed anywhere. I would be more than delighted with Endiya Rogers who I thought was the best guard at Oregon overall and that includes Pao Pao.

I think Coulibaly or Sears gets us to a Sweet 16 and a chance at an Elite 8, but maybe even a final four if we get lucky like some people on here say. As for Key I don’t know what we will get from her, last I e seen her she was not in shape at all, so she will have to put in a lot of work over the summer, who know how she will come back after the setback she suffered through. As for Endiya Rogers, I don’t think we need another small guard on the roster, we already have 3 of them.

Based on social media (Instagram), seems like Texas, Maryland, and TCU (coaches) have shown interest. Have not seen anything on social media indicating South Carolina is interested, but they definitely could be.

Still not Coulibaly (which i find funny people were freaking out) and i think that was one of Joni's last scholarships. I have no idea when she will announce her intentions.

I could see them competing for a 6-8 spot and making the tourney. They will give some people fits again this year.

For what it's worth i don't think we are done yet either and have a feeling we will get some more players

Morrow will do fine basketball wise at any program in America, but she would take a back seat stats wise relative to her numbers at Depaul. I think even if she played under Dawn, Dawn isn't going to tolerate 'me' basketball either and let her jack up the shots she got away with at Depaul under Bruno. One would believe she knows this given who her 3 finalists are.

But yes, I bet she is going to ride the waves of Reese/Flaujae NIL train they have ongoing right now. That is at least the latest rumor.

Texas only has 2 openings for incoming transfers, and returns 4 starters; so, being selective is the right move. Missed on Taina Mair (probably only got a courtesy visit from her due to Texas assistant coach Wisdom-Hylton being on the BC staff 2 seasons ago), but no way she was gonna play behind Rori Harmon for 2 seasons at the PG spot after starting every game at BC. Texas biggest needs are a backup PG/CG, and a scorer at SG. Nobody wants to be the backup at PG (for 2 seasons).

Glad Texas didn't fill those 2 spots too early. With Spear barely entering the portal last week, it was the right move being patient. Getting Jewel Spear would add a lot of offense and shooting to a team that could use such a confident player.

Spear would be a great grab. I will be interested to see if she wants to go back home or if she is looking for something in particular

I think she over sells. I’m not concerned about them. Joni isn’t a very good coach when you get right down to it.

Kellie has her flaws but she has won 70% of her SEC games over the last 4 seasons. Joni has a 56% SEC win % and imo does not develop players at all.

Someone like Rodgers who is pre developed is a big win for her because nobody gets better under her tutelage.
