I’m talking WNBA wise. She needs to be transitioning to a 3. I don’t think she will get that accomplished at LSU. But I’ve been wrong before.

She could play the 3 with Rosario or Smith inside to go along with Reese. I could see a lineup like that for sure. But to be successful at the next level she has to improve her 3 point shooting. Granted I think she can improve her numbers playing in a more controlled offense not jacking up 40 shots a game

No, Kellie actually had a 2-2 record. Beating UGA her first year as a coach , losing the home and away by 2 points or less in each of those games the next year, and beating her year three. Kellies year four (this passed year) Joni was at A&M but kellie beat her this year too.

I really hope we've contacted Jewel Spear out of Wake Forest. I think she's the missing guard we need. We could actually use 2 guards and another forward in the portal IMO.

I read when a question was asked like doesn't kellie have a losing record against Joni while she was at UGA. So i went back and looked at the actual games played to provide the record for anyone who was interested in the actual results.

My answer didn't insinuate if Joni was worse or better I was providing the facts. I don't know who "we" is because I was just going off of the games already played and didn't indicate either way if Joni was a good coach or not.

So if you or or anyone elsethought i was being smart of funny... I wasn't. I was being honest and answering the question for people who may have been wondering what their record was during that time.

I got A&M at 14 for next season. Your allowed 15. Two players transferred out instead of one so they still have another scholarship to give. I can say they are way up the SEC ladder may have passed us cause they already had Bowles, Malone, and Barker. A really solid starting five with transfer additions and they can use their terrific freshman class for some bench minutes.

Somebody I follow said it when I was asking about her and Coulibaly. I haven't seen anywhere anyone else mentioned it. I would think more about places like Texas, NC State, Va Tech Louisville would be much more the place where she would land.

A&M going to have a huge roster like we did some of those players are going to have to sit. I can see Hunter and Rogers in the starting lineup with Bowles and Barker. The big center Ware could challenge Malone for the starting job but I can see them both playing. Sole Williams is an elite freshman that should get some time off the bench. We still don't know about Coulibaly she make them even stronger. They have that one scholarship left.

I would be shocked if we haven’t. Spear is an excellent player. She’s one I think could really benefit from playing at UT.

If you have pro dreams this is one of the very best schools to elevate your personal profile. Spear can flat play and I’d love to see her in Tennessee orange.

Based on where she seems interested I kinda suspect she wants to get closer to home. Maybe wants family to be able to watch her play.

With these recent transfer additions, it wouldn't surprise me if that triggers one or two current Aggie players to enter the portal (before the May 11 deadline) if they feel their playing time will be diminished; that would open an additional slot or two.

Kyndall Hunter has a long way to go before being a reliable backup, let alone a starter. Not sure who A&M has as their projected SG's, but Hunter has to be willing to do more than shoot 3-pointers; has to improve defensively as well.

While social media doesn't always tell the whole story, I don't get the feeling that Oklahoma State is involved with Jewel Spear. Spear did return home to Dallas this weekend (not sure if Wake's Spring semester is over yet); she could be ready to start making official visits, or she could have final exams to focus on. Not sure if she's graduating this month (after 3 years at WF), or if she will need to attend summer sessions to earn her undergraduate degree.

I didn't get it either was surprised to even hear it. I can't see her landing there at all even though they are fairly close to Colony. I can't see them as much of an upgrade to where she is already even though they had a fairly good season last year.

Going to Wake Forest and staying for 3 seasons (despite many thinking she should bolt for a bigger program) tells me that Jewel dances to the beat of her own drummer; it would be great to know her reasons for leaving WF, and what she wants in her new school/program. We just don't know her objectives (yet).
