I'm not sure where UK was afraid Stoops would go. I might have waited to discuss any changes to compensation package till the end of the season if I were Mitch Barnhart. Not going to be surprised to see UK fall further.

Guess it depends on the wording of any contracts they signed. Can't imagine there wouldn't be performance metrics along with the entire NIL package being a year to year proposition if they were to leave.

Then offensive genius Tony Elliot comes there and the kid only throws for 7 Tds.
Havnt looked at his tape, but he had 400 yards against Pitt LAST YEAR. So this kid probably has some Arm Strength

You don't have 2,200 less yards and 24 less touchdowns due to a change in offense. There has to be some natural regression as well.

I was a big fan of Armstrong last year obviously last year's numbers, he has some moxy, and swagger plus very intelligent, I think he would do wonders in this offense. He's playing style is perfect for this offense

Well, we are up to 5 offensive players entering (WR-2, RB-2 and TE-1) so far. You had to figure it would be this way.

This is not necessarily a bad thing. Opens up some spots for us to bring in other players.

If nothing else, this is big news for our opener in Nashville next year. UVA doesn't have another QB on their roster who's completed a pass. They may pick up a transfer, but this would be great for us!

I would guess the opposite. Aside from injury, you don’t have a dropoff that big unless it’s a different coach.
