I just see a team up against a scholarship limit and already two short. Doesn't feel like this is a guy who can contribute much at all given his lack of even modest production at Bama. I guess only one year of eligibility makes him less of a risk but this isn't someone I'd be prioritizing. But then again, I'm not Josh Heupel, either, so I'm good with his decision.i mean honestly he has experience and would be third on the depth chart. I see nothing wrong with that
I read it was Ryan WilliamsAny idea who AP is hinting at that’s would be a big name we are swinging for? @KingVFL
-VQTennessee will host Alabama transfer tight end Miles Kitselman. The Vols are obviously looking for added depth to that room and the former Hutchinson C.C. product has at least one year of eligibility remaining with a second possible if an appeal is won down the line. We have reiterated the last few weeks that Tennessee has continued to look at adding a piece to that room and maybe Kitselman is the guy.
Heupel and Co. have my trust, but they aren't infallible. It's perfectly reasonable to question why we'd be looking into a player with this level of production across two seasons when we are already playing short-handed from a scholarship standpoint. We could recruit Jesus and people would find something to complain about. “Ugh. Won’t practice on the Sabbath? No. Thanks.”
