Don't know if it's true but listening to him on the radio either this past Monday or the previous one it sounded like he was leaning on coming back. Just things he said like how he is trying to get rehabbed so he can be back with his guys, how he loves being there for the younger players, etc.

This roster needs upgrades. And it sounds to me like the rhetoric is we need to be thankful for what we have. sounds like im being served a turd sandwich, disguised as turkey.

Everyone new isn't an upgrade. Heupel has shown he is a loyal guy and invest in his coaches and players. In most organizations I view this as a better philosophy than trying to improve by constantly bringing people in from the outside.

In terms of work you could either give your employee who's done a good job a 20% raise or you could pay that same amount/more to someone to come in from the outside and have to train them to do that job.
