Yes im well aware of travel team competitiveness and im aware that some will try and take advantage of it. Does the bill address baseless claims?

If a student's sex is disputed, the "Save Women's Sports Act" calls for three ways to establish it through a doctor's statement including the following:

The participant's internal and external reproductive anatomy
The participant's normal endogenously produced levels of testosterone
An analysis of the participant's genetic makeup

How long does any of that take? Show up at a tournament on Thursday and Woody really wants his kids team to win so he challenges the gender of some of the kids on the other teams, those kids miss the tourney?

Great question....assume it would follow along the lines of tournaments and leagues that require a birth certificate...they now have to a sign legal document from a doctor verifying there gender. The big part of the bi is that it allows those that are cheated to be sued for damages and possible fraud charges

Yes it's invasive to a minor just trying to participate in an extracurricular. It is not always part of the exam.

Again itll become a similar requirement to bringing a birth certificate to a tournament or league... a sign legal document by a dr. Procided beforehand....we will just agree to disgree

I can tell you very, very few girls will be playing girls sports in ohio. None of you projecting pedos in suits are checking my daughters "gentiles".

She'll take art, and major in a science.
