If this is true, it just goes to show how silly it is to rely on government to fix largely inconsequential problems. We're potentially going to violate innocent girls in order to preserve some notion of fairness in HS sports. Great fkn idea.

Wouldn't that be done with a scan? If so, where's the violation? So we're comparing a hernia check to an internal genital exam?
Imagine the humiliation of your daughter who is falsely accused for being too manly and either has to quit sports or endure this invasive and uncomfortable charade.
Now how do you feel about it?
Yea.. it is. Just requiring further proof...just as a blood test or pee test is used to proof steroid use..and birth certificate would provide age although with thr way they are altered today that could even be questioned
The bill is allowing an opposing team to challenge the other's start player. To compete that person must then undergo possible embarrassing medical procedures to prove who they are. This witch-hunt is being led by moronsCome on, you know what they're doing, they are challenging males that think they're women and want to compete against women. It probably is a poorly worded bill and will fail, at least until a constitutional lawyer writes it correctly.
