There's a weird thing in this article that Nash shared and it comes up in a lot of the stories too. The false claim that during their first encounter while unconscious he had anal sex with her. Something both parties deny. I can only assume it keeps coming up because she told this to the police when she filed a police report. But I can't find the original police report. However I highly doubt the police just made up and added that detail on their own as she seems to be claiming.

Here’s the court documents admitting the text are real. Also posted an article from today where she again agrees the messages are real.

I have an affidavit that could teach you how to use them too but there’s a red hat stamped in the corner and it’s written in cursive so you would definitely have trouble. Don’t want to make you more of an emotional wreck than you already are.

He's still got two women, who aren't gold diggers, who have come out and said he violently assaulted them. He's never pitching in MLB again. This lady is probably a scammer.

People are into weird shat. If there weren't others accusing him of being a rapist/assaulter I'd give him a pass on this with her.

You seem to think the video says more than it does. He doesn’t admit to punching her in the video. He says he asked multiple times if she was okay. Both parties agree he stopped when asked. Both parties agree she wanted him to hit her and even told him the harder the better.

You think because he didn’t start an argument with a girl that he’s admitting guilt?
