I don't think any media company that has rules of what can and can't be said on their platform should have any 230 protections and should be fully liable for any illegal content on their platform..I think if this happened..most of these platform would be dissolved because they would he sued into oblivion or criminally charged with (child porn, human trafficking etc...).
