Trump has the virus

We know its not what you wish but wouldn't it be kind of funny if he is one these asymptomatic people that never really gets sick? Or he gets a little sick but recovers like many normal healthy people who get it do?
Mortality rate for someone his age is something like 8.7%. Being overweight is only preexisting condition. He has the best healthcare. He's gonna be fine and then reaffirm to his base that its mild, just like Bolsonaro did.
I just wanna know what the qanon explanation for this will be.

The mask would have nothing to do with this. No one has ever said the mask protects you unless it is an N-95 which is only 90% effective. Those other cheap surgical masks are maybe 15% affective at slowing particulate to others.
This is from:

The Mayo Clinic (mayoclinic.org):

COVID-19: How much protection do face masks offer?

Cloth Masks:

A cloth mask is intended to trap droplets that are released when the wearer talks, coughs or sneezes. Asking everyone to wear cloth masks can help reduce the spread of the virus by people who have COVID-19 but don't realize it.

Cloth face coverings are most likely to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus when they are widely used by people in public settings. And countries that required face masks, testing, isolation, and social distancing early in the pandemic have successfully slowed the spread of the virus.

While surgical and N95 masks may be in short supply and should be reserved for health care providers, cloth face coverings and masks are easy to find or make, and can be washed and reused.

Masks can be made from common materials, such as sheets made of tightly woven cotton. Instructions are easy to find online. Cloth masks should include multiple layers of fabric. The CDC website even includes directions for no-sew masks made from bandannas and T-shirts.

********************
The Mayo Clinic site does say that at this time, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has not approved any type of surgical mask specifically for protection against the coronavirus. However, The Mayo Clinic site does say that cloth masks can help reduce the spread of the virus.

A mask wouldn't have made a lick of difference. If you are wearing a mask and someone farts in the room, would you still smell it?
Apparently if someone craps their bed you can smell it through an n 95. Nurses honor. No one wanted to admit they could smell poop because they thought it meant their mask was ill fitting. I just eye roll.

How does this contradict anything I said?

The Mayo Clinic site clearly does say that cloth masks can help reduce the spread of the virus.
Great now what does the very next sentence state in my post?

74 years old and overweight: high risk category for complications. No bueno.

Frankly, he'll get no sorrow from me. Dude even denigrated Biden for wearing a mask this week.

I'm sure Melania will be fine.

That isn't what The Mayo Clinic says about cloth masks.
Look at what it says "A cloth mask is intended to trap droplets that are released when the wearer talks, coughs or sneezes." It does not protect YOU from contracting the virus. Everything I stated was factual. Improve your reading comprehension.

Stay classy trash boy.

Did somebody say October surprise? VP debate on Oct 7, 2-3 week recovery maybe push next debate to Oct 22. Who knows this could have a wild impact on first week of November. 🍿

According to The Mayo Clinic, it reduces the risk of spreading the virus to others... so, if everyone you encounter is wearing a cloth mask... then it has reduced the risk of YOU contracting it. Improve yours...

In before the other conspiracy theorists:

This is a planned conspiracy.

Trump now gets to hunker down and the tweet storm will ensue until the next debate where he appears fine after a miraculous total recovery. Now that he's immune, he will begin a storm of in person mass rallies in the final weeks run up to the election. "I beat the Rona and I will beat Biden bigly!"

Brilliant.

Did I forget the blue font again?

You threw in a statistic of 15% which is not supported by anything on The Mayo Clinic site.
Listen mouth breather you are the one citing The Mayo clinic as a source, not me. There are dozens of medical journals that have the actual data that those numbers come from. This should all be common knowledge at this point.
