Maybe, but neither one of them were so immature and insecure that they needed to counter SNL with insults of their own.

Trump's a clown. He's only POTUS because he got up in front of the country and talked big, plus with his racial overtones all over the place, it resonated with a large group of Americans who feel as those they've lost rights to minority groups. He might win again, but it's certainly a black eye for this country that we elected such a clown to the most powerful position in the world

SNL has always skewed a little left, but over the last several years, they've gone from skewed to outright liberal bias. They were much funnier when they roasted both sides evenly. As it is now, they just come across as an obnoxious tool of the left bashing you over the head with their politics. Sure, they'll occasionally find a funny joke, but for the most part, they've killed the true humor of the show. It comes across more bitter than humorous, which is sad considering how great it once was.

I am a classic liberal, which means my ideology is centered.

I'm 55 years old and by every single tangible or intangible measurement, it's anything but failure.

It's not too late to stop living you life based on a bunch of dumb narratives you've bought into. If you work at it, you might can achieve success as well. Let me know if you need any help
