Because there is no way to completely prevent that one individual. It's why I said maybe instead of absolutely since it's at best a crap shoot

After you enter the country illegally and are deported , the law states if you renter it you commit a felony . He’s a 4x felon and you are still sticking with the idea we couldn’t have prevented him killing that baby ?

Nobody said a wall alone would do it and nobody expects a wall alone will do it but it will be a major deterrent. Your logic is like someone saying that a person wouldn’t have died if someone hadn’t crossed the centerline and hitting them head on then you say they might’ve ran off the side of the road and hit a tree and died anyway.

Is that a quote from la Raza? Yeah, visa overstays are a major problem, and harder to fix unless people coming on visas get some kind of monitoring device implanted at the port of entry. I've noticed that hotels in other countries want to see passports, but it's like passports visas become immaterial here once the border is crossed. I'd bet building better border security is a lot cheaper than the manpower to hunt down people with elapsed visas. Low hanging fruit first.

Data please. And you are correct about my concern of illegal aliens killing, raping, abusing, assaulting, molesting, stealing from the citizens of our sovereign nation. Wether it be 10 or 10,000 affected from the actions of people who shouldn’t be here. I see that you have a different view point. It’s ok. Your entitled to that, because you are a citizen of The United States of America.
