Trump Supporters Gathering in D.C. - Mayor Readies for Those ‘Seeking Confrontation’

I understand. But IMO that is crazy and proves why it can not be interpreted that way.
It highlights the importance of the "well regulated militia" part.

But I have zero desire to debate 2a,
I'd rather just enjoy watching the final breakdown of Trumpism.

I'm enjoying the final breakdown of trumpism just as I'll enjoy the final breakdown of all of statism. Trumpism is just an element of statism imo.

The First Amendment says "...or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

It doesn't say anything about actions as speech or burning stuff as speech. In fact, including the part about the press would imply they are talking reasoned speech ... words. Secondly the right to assemble ... and to petition the government" would by your thinking imply not just anywhere but specifically where the government would be located. See how this works?

Not my job to go find imaginary links. You and your ilk live in an imaginary world - a parallel universe of "alternative facts". It's pathetic really, as you clearly can't deal with the real world.

Yes, I’m the one ignoring the 30 plus dead over the summer and a billion in damages. You’re a hypocritical fraud

They have the hardest time just being neighborly. Like they don't want to live in America with anyone unless they think just like them. It's Taliban like.....almost like they want to be ruled over or something. But they call everyone else sheep.
Was a antifa and BLM neighborly as they destroyed public property causing a billion in damages during which over 30 people were killed?

I dont agree that government represents an acceptable level of danger to society.

In fact, I would argue that they have shown a complete lack of fitness for owning any weapons. How many millions of unarmed people have been killed by governments throughout the world?
262 million in the 20th century alone. That’s not counting war dead. Democide.

I saw it reported as lethal by attorney general. The guy was running away, they should've got backup and detained him.
He was turned around and firing the taser, if we are talking about the ATL guy. A part of that incident conveniently left out. He also demonstrated he wasn't above assaulting the officers so a situation where the officer is incapacitated from the taser opens the door to being a threat against the public as well as the officers.

What qualifies as an "abuse of gun ownership" in your opinion?

Imo, the only thing that would qualify is the unjustified use of a firearm against another individual.
I’d love to transport some of these folks back to when even presidents dueled with pistols to solve conflicts.

what % of those protesters actually went into the Capitol? Think it's around 3%?

If we're playing the race card, do Maxine and Kamala get a pass for pressing protesters toward more and continued violence and destruction? If we agree Trump's words rose to that level then their's absolutely did too
Show me proof where Maxine and Kamala did that?
