Building the wall is significantly cheaper than 1 year of annual government spending on illegal immigrants.

The flow of illegal immigrants is only going to continue to increase until we have a permanent solution like the border wall and a fully staffed border patrol in place.

Because Mexican's can still run, swim and jump. They will dig more tunnels and go over, under and around a damn 541-mile long wall.

The only solution is to cut the head off the snake. It's time you be honest with yourself that neither side has any intention of doing anything meaningful.

They won’t shut the gov down for than a few days because everyone with normal job quickly realizes life goes on the same and nothing changes.

That is their true fear.

When the working class footing all the bills wakes up and says hey wait a minute....my life isn’t being impacted at all by the gov being shut down.

I dont really know how anyone can take her or Schumer seriously. I have family in Maryland who are as hard core liberal as they come. They are utterly embarrassed that Schumer is a democrat.

A couple of things I got from it.

1 - If "reporters" actually think that was a shouting match, they obviously don't get out much.

2 - Pelosi telling Trump he doesn't have the votes was her telling him she'd threaten and do whatever it takes to keep her minions in line, and 'lil Chuckie's "threatening" looks indicated he'll do the same. In short, the Dims are the party of "NO" and their thug leaders have no intention of allowing party members to deviate from party line or show any sense of individual thought. Although I am looking forward to Pelosi trying to keep her new super doofus in line - still hard to believe anybody can be as dumb as that chick and still breathe.

The water issue could actually be a serious problem..... toss in the mushy antivaxers and the third world hoards pouring in and .... poof! Now we've got third world diseases and etc...I'll never understand how the liberals think a pourous border is acceptable

Idk why Trump doesn’t just come out and announce that the wall is complete. His base would totally buy it and it wouldn’t even be the biggest lie he’s told this week.

There's plenty of sections of wall being built. Where have you been?

Lets stop tiptoeing here folks. The wall isn't about money. It isn't about working or not, we know it will. It isn't about being a country that welcomes immigrants.

It's all about votes and the Dems know 99.9% of those that come across need government assistance and will vote for them. They could care less if we have 19 more terrorists come in by the border wanting to cause harm here.
