TrumpPutingate III: the beginning of the end

Who's : "he" ?

Recently published messages between senior FBI agent Peter Strzok and DOJ lawyer Lisa Page confirm the duo attempted to conceal their private anti-Trump communications; even asking “We get around our security/monitoring issues?”

Page initiated the conversation, informing Strzok she was about to receive a new Apple iPhone from the agency’s Information and Technology department.

“Hot damn. I’m happy to pilot that…we get around our security/monitoring issues?” responded Strzok.

“No, he’s proposing that we just stop following them. Apparently the requirement to capture texts came from omb, but we’re the only org (I’m told) who is following that rule. His point is, if no one else is doing it why should we,” Page responded.

Lawyers for Manafort associate Rick Gates are out - Business Insider

A group of lawyers representing Rick Gates, one of Paul Manafort's longtime associates who is facing money laundering charges in the Russia investigation, has quit the case, effective immediately bolstering the idea that he may be cooperating with Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation.

Rick Gates, an embattled former campaign aide to President Trump, has added a veteran Washington defense attorney to his legal team to oversee discussions with the special counsel investigating possible collusion with Russia.

The lawyer, Thomas Green, is an expert white-collar defense attorney with a long track record of negotiating plea deals with federal prosecutors. He has been seen exiting Mullers office.

Again, I'm not disagreeing with the fact that any potential transgressions should be dealt with. I'm only saying that airing that out in the public forum for us and our allies and enemies to see is not going to be productive. Those who make the indictments would do so even without our seeing this memo.

You just made an indictment and you have not seen the memo, have you? Lets let the committee in charge decide.

Never heard of him. Weren't you the one quoting Hannity as a reliable source?

I understand you are trying to discredit me, sorry if I offend your agenda...no sweat...but this is from an expert who understands how things work

Bongino was a former secret service agent under Bush/Obama...and a Federal investigator...he fully understands how it works, and is very connected in all agencies.

So, the other folks interviewed for the Fox article who are supposedly familiar with the workings of federal investigations who are claiming this is SOP are wrong, and this guy is right? I guess you can always find a source that fits your preferred narrative. And, yes, I know that works both ways. I don't claim any insider info. I'm speculating, just as the rest are.

If so, do you still stand by your statement, at least as strong?
