TrumpPutingate III: the beginning of the end

GV strikes me as one of the few here on the right side of the political spectrum who would accept damning findings against the Trump campaign, if they were proven by Mueller, and call for Trump's ouster. Should that come to pass.

I sense in him a suspicion that there is more to it than Trump and the WH have so far admitted and that it is possible that collusion or obstruction, or some related activity, criminal or otherwise, will warrant letting go of Trump. For GV, that is married to a healthy skepticism, I get that. But he would I imagine admit he has questions and some doubt about whether Trump's categorical denials to date are legit.

There are many others here who I have no doubt would simply refuse to accept it.

You still can’t accept that Hillary got her ass spanked by a nobody.

Haha.

Its okay, you can admit it: you have doubts about Trump's sincerity on this.

Tell you what, the interesting thing will be how malevolent it was, versus nincompoop driven. For example, Don Jr. met with Russians hoping to get dirt on HRC.

An argument can be made that he is so abjectly retarded that he did not realize that was maybe a bad thing to do do and he ought to get some legal advice, first. Sr. might make the same argument -- "I didn't know that collusion was wrong at the time."

And then he can say something about Clinton or Obama sucking.

And to think this clown car was in contention for 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. - a damn dog-and-pony circus show....

Trump, despite his objections to the matter, is now a politician.

None of them can be trusted.

That's the most hilarious part. He's always been a politician at heart, yet he managed to convince the electorate that he wasn't. Look at his history. He's flip flopped on issues repeatedly over his life. He goes for whatever gives his brand an edge, because he's ultimately in it for himself and no one else. It's no different now that he's president.

Trump Ordered Mueller Fired, but Backed Off When White House Counsel Threatened to Quit - The New York Times

President Trump ordered the firing last June of Robert S. Mueller III, the special counsel overseeing the Russia investigation, according to four people told of the matter, but ultimately backed down after the White House counsel threatened to resign rather than carry out the directive.

Amid the first wave of news media reports that Mr. Mueller was examining a possible obstruction case, the president began to argue that Mr. Mueller had three conflicts of interest that disqualified him from overseeing the investigation, two of the people said.

First, he claimed that a dispute years ago over fees at Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Va., had prompted Mr. Mueller, the F.B.I. director at the time, to resign his membership. The president also said Mr. Mueller could not be impartial because he had most recently worked for the law firm that previously represented the president’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner. Finally, the president said, Mr. Mueller had been interviewed to return as the F.B.I. director the day before he was appointed special counsel in May.

Another option that Mr. Trump considered in discussions with his advisers was dismissing the deputy attorney general, Rod J. Rosenstein, and elevating the department’s No. 3 official, Rachel Brand, to oversee Mr. Mueller. Mr. Rosenstein has overseen the investigation since March, when Attorney General Jeff Sessions recused himself.

Yep, The Donald will be Donald.

So - he obstructs justice. It's in his nature. He knows no boundaries. He is clueless.

You’re like the kid on the playground who gets picked last for kickball.

You want so badly to fit in, but your propensity to repeat factoids prevents anyone from taking you seriously.
