Keep on throwing up softballs... or maybe it's just pure ignorance? I'm guessing that like Trump you don't read. Either way, sorry you're wrong on all counts.

I asked 6 legal experts if Trump obstructed justice. Here’s what they told me. - Vox

Did you even read your article? It literally says nothing other than everything is ambiguous and there is no real proof of anything. In fact if anything it says there is no real case at all.

It even has a line about Comeys upcoming "bombshell testimony" hahahahahaha. :eek:lol:

So the Russian connection didn’t stick, now your party is throwing the obstruction sh!t against the wall. What’s next, Trump is an alien?

He’s trolling.
There’s no other explanation.
Even CNN has legal experts on that say Trump isn’t guilty of obstruction.

Funny thing is he didn't obstruct justice. In fact I do believe justice was served. Trumps only guilty of not embracing the slow moving government red tape. Thats the disconnect from being in the private sector and moving to the public sector.

The way the liberals act and think nowadays anything you say can be twisted to mean something else. Yell at the football game and say "I hope Tom Brady gets buried by that Defense" and left wingers want to lock you up for planning a murder.

Comey pulled a slick Hillary move, said the Columbia professor leaker is now his attorney, so now it’s attorney client privilege...just like the same B.S. that Cheryl Mills claimed to suddenly be Hillary’s attorney to get immunity and not testify...LOL! Slick.

The order/sequence of events matters Luther.

So, according to you he was being spied on by the Obama White House / FBI during the campaign and after the election because...?

What was the reason why Trump team was under surveillance in 2016?

The Comey firing happened on May 9, 2017.

Why was the FBI investigating Donald Trump in 2016?

And before you say collusion, it is not a federal crime.

Luther, Mick or OuterBanks care to explain this?

Why was the investigation on Trump team opened in 2016?

What criminal activity was suspected and how was the FBI alerted to it?

Are you trolling or illiterate?

For Jimmy Gurulé, a law professor at the University of Notre Dame, Comey’s statements are more damning: “It is difficult to construe President Trump's statements on February 14 to former FBI Director Comey as anything other than a request to terminate the FBI investigation of Gen. Flynn for reasons other than the merits of the case. This is an attempt to endeavor and influence the due administration of justice under the federal obstruction of justice statute

Gurulé also sees at least three instances in which the president arguably violated obstruction of justice laws.

“I’m interested in how Comey characterizes the pressure that was placed on him,” Brandon Garrett said. “I want to know the intent behind that pressure. If it's true that he was pressured to drop the investigation, it's unlikely that was for arbitrary reasons.”

Thus, if Comey says definitively that Trump pressured him to drop the investigation, Trump will have a hard time proving that his intent wasn’t to “impede” or otherwise obstruct the process.

For Joshua Dressler, the bar was comparatively low. In his view, Comey need only affirm what’s already been circulated in the media: “If Comey merely stands by everything that's already been reported in the press and adds nothing else, that alone is enough to suggest pretty definitively that justice was obstructed

What started the FBI investigation?

"On December 30, 2017, The New York Times reported that in May 2016 the Donald Trump campaign foreign policy advisor, George Papadopoulos, had disclosed to Alexander Downer in Kensington Wine Rooms, a London wine bar, his inside knowledge of a large trove of Hillary Clinton emails that could potentially damage her presidential campaign, which in turn led to the opening of the FBI investigation into the Russian interference in the 2016 United States Presidential Election."

A drunk campaign aide talking outta the side of his mouth in London talking to or around an Australian ambassador...that’s what triggered the rumors along with phony bought and paid for Clinton Russian dossier.

Humm...will the release of the FISA memos, or the 1000’s and 1000’s of antiTrump F.B.I. texts or the IG Horowitz’s investigation shed light on the situation?

They’re in panic mode, they know the faux narrative is bull****.

I thought the dossier was the justification for the FISA warrant / spying.

What happens when we find out the spying was taking place before October of 2016?

Obx is having a hard time keeping up with the ever changing narrative coming from the left. It’s now Belgian hackers who alerted the FBI to Trump - Putin collusion.

...reported in the press... lol. Good one!

Trey Gowdy going to town.

In an interview on “Fox News Sunday,” Gowdy posed several questions to host Chris Wallace and his viewers that hinted at the allegations in the memo, which could be released by the House Intelligence Committee as early as this week.

“If you think your viewers want to know whether or not the dossier was used in court proceedings, whether or not it was vetted before it was used, whether or not it’s ever been vetted — if you are interested in who paid for the dossier, if you are interested in Christopher Steele’s relationship with Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee, then, yes, you will want the memo to come out,” Gowdy told Wallace.

“Do you want to know that the Democratic National Committee paid for material that was never vetted, that was included in a court proceeding?” he asked rhetorically.
