TrumpPutingate III: the beginning of the end

This whole impeachment thing is quite pathetic. It started even before Trump took the oath of office.

To coin an LG stance, the DNC is still mad about Clinton getting impeached they'll do anything to even the score with the GOP. And the target is Trump.

Tables turned and all.

I just skipped the last couple (5) pages, I am guessing I haven't missed anything.

Did LG's market crash happen?

Did LG's market crash happen?

#soon

Though I do find it curious why some would want a market crash just to be able to point and say "I told you so!" Nobody has expressly expressed such a feeling, but you know there are some that would be happy with it because it affects Trump.

Yup, potentially fired, if he's fortunate.

Using a dubious, if not phony, document in support of an affidavit to obtain a warrant from a federal judge constitutes a fraud upon the court, which is a crime.

This is just the tip of the iceberg

Trump Tower Russian Lawyer, Natalia Veselnitskaya, Exposed in Swiss Corruption Case

The Moscow operation behind the now-infamous Russian-Trump Tower meeting in June 2016 included a direct attempt to enlist a foreign country’s law-enforcement official as a virtual double-agent, according to a court case in Switzerland.

One of Switzerland’s top investigators has been fired after allegations of bribery, violating secrecy laws, and “unauthorized clandestine behavior” in meeting with the very same Russian actors linked to the Trump Tower encounter.

The meeting was reportedly set up by Russian Deputy Attorney General Saak Albertovich Karapetyan—from the same rogue department that was apparently responsible for offering intel on Hillary Clinton to be shared at the Trump Tower meeting and the Kremlin’s further plots to influence U.S. politics.

The reports, which are based on Swiss court papers, describe how K. was lured to Moscow during a call from Karapetyan before Christmas 2016. He was told not to go by his boss, ostensibly because he was working too much overtime, but he made the trip anyway, using his diplomatic passport to fly to the Russian capital. There, he was put up in a luxury hotel and asked to attend an unexpected meeting with Veselnitskaya.

Makes you wonder how she got into the US to begin with.

She was the lawyer for some guy named Magnitsky.

And if I'm not mistaken was barred from entering the US but somehow got a 1 time pass from the state department that allowed her to be at that meeting. Curious.

GASLIGHTING - I thought it was an interesting concept and could see that it was Trump's and the right wing media's goal. But never in my wildest imagination did I think it would so easily and quickly succeed with so many people.

The inability of so many to distinguish between truth and fiction or legitimate vs. fake news is frightening. I'm curious it there will be a peak and then a move back toward a more enlightened populace or if we are doomed to become increasingly ignorant.

I'm sure that's exactly what he did. :shakehead:

I DID NOT say that's what he did.

Not sure you fully understand what you are talking about, nor do I since we've not seen the memo...however, 'if'

the memo includes discussion of how Rosenstein approved the continuation of surveillance of Carter Page, a former campaign adviser to President Donald Trump. Republicans have been saying how the DOJ has used improper methods to carry out surveillance on Americans with the latest details claiming that Rosenstein wrongfully allowed this to continue. President Trump could very well use this as an excuse to fire Rosenstein. What would happen next seems pretty clear.

A lot of this seems to stem from the application for a FISA warrant stemmed at least in part from the notorious unconfirmed Russia dossier. Republicans reportedly believe that when federal officials applied for the court’s permission to conduct surveillance of Page, whom they believed to be a Russian agent, they didn’t disclose the extent to which they were basing their cause on unverified information. Likewise, when Rosenstein authorized the continuation of the surveillance, he too could have acted improperly.

The MSM is going to be exposed.

Wonder how long it will take for people to accept that they have been controlling the narrative for decades.

She is the Russian lawyer who has been trying to get the Magnitsky Act repealed. Magnitsky worked for Bill Browder.

Correct.

Magnitsky Act froze Russian assets and banned visas for sanctioned individuals. Fusion’s Simpson is believed to have been working with Veselnitskaya and Rinat Akhmetshin, a former Soviet counter-intelligence officer turned Russian-American lobbyist, to overturn the sanctions...If memory serves, she also met with Fusion GPS Simpson the day before and after the 'nothing burger' Trump Tower meeting.
That's odd.
