TrumpPutingate III: the beginning of the end

Everything is do hyper partisan on all sides of the investigation that I don’t see how any conclusion ever gets reached.

That may be the end game. In that scenario, Trump "wins". The effort mounted to thwart the investigation just compounds the appearance of guilt.

You're drunk.

At most they'll redact a few lines to make it look like they at least paid some lip service to national security.

I don't know. I'm starting to think that Nunez and co. have not really thought this through very well. These agencies are going to defend claims they acted with bias and lied to judges. They are going to expose the full measure of Russian involvement with Trump.

I just don't see this ending well for the House Intelligence GOP members.

If this is your official stance on the matter, I'll go with your track record on all the "predictions" so far and believe just the opposite.

The memos accurate, as is, if I had to bet. Wray read it Sunday. McCabe was then gone this morning, my hunch is it must have been the straw that broke the camel’s back. There’s no telling what other info Wray had on McCabe.

That is a hunch. My hunch is that it is slanted and biased BS. Release both memos simultaneously or it is an admission of guilt.

Maybe if the DNC would let the House Intel Committee read their rebuttal, they'd have a better chance to get it released...

Liberals all over the country will be crying harder and suffering from IBS even more than after the Hillary defeat very soon.

Of course it does- to people dying for a reason to delegitimize him.

There are tens of millions of people wishing to delegitimize him, myself included. Knowing that, why would Trump continue to thwart the investigation when it just delegitimizes him further, unless of course...

😂 thwart the investigation 😂

Why wouldn’t Schiff ‘allegedly’ show his memo to the committee ? Hummm... think I may have an idea who’s may be B.S.

He just tweeted....

Committee Republicans JUST voted to declassify their spin "memo" and prohibit release of the Democratic response in what they claimed was “the interests of full transparency.” It was transparent alright – transparently cynical and destructive.

What is the one bi-partisan measure which has taken place during this whole sordid mess? The Russian sanctions bill which passed by a vote in the Senate of 98-2 and in the House by a vote of 419-3. That's about as bi-partisan as this Congress will ever be again on anything. Why are we still talking about Russia over a year into Trump's presidency? Is it really just because of a sore loser mentality by Democrats or has some of Trump's behavior toward Russia been suspicious? Take a look at CIA Director Mike Pompeo's statement on what he thinks the likelihood of future Russian meddling in our elections is. Take a look at the vote of Congressional support that new Russian sanctions had and then get back to me with a good explanation as to why Trump doesn't want to implement them.

He forgot to mention, he wouldn’t let committee members see his memo
