what's the argument here?

based on this article, they are reopening an old mine. and are just waiting on state permits for a new mine. sounds like they already own the land.

If "they" wanted the mines to run they need the infrastructure, the workers, and the supporting industries to actually get them to run. the government's response to Helene is hurting ALL of those.

I haven't seen any stories about locals being against this, or some other hot-button subject like a "minute city", being thrown around in the area.
 
they sound like ELO..Ballroom Blitz is only song I know from them
one of my favorite lesser known bands. they have some songs that SLAY.

Fox on the Run you have probably heard, Teenage Rampage, Wig Wam Bam, Little Willy are all good.

very fun band, I don't think they made a lot of music, but most of what they made is pretty dang good.
