Trump's new Cabinet - Guesses & Nominations

What are the qualifications needed? BS and JD degrees from an Ivy League school? Work experience serving in a past administration? Work experience on K Street?
I would argue it depends on the goal. If the goal is to gut the DOJ of lawfaring, bureaucratic idiots, I think the qualifications are different.

Hey

That might hurt Luther's pheelings.
lol......There is no better example of being led by your feelz than C-south and trumpers in general.
Hell, his initial popularity was 100% feelz and he's played that subgroup like a fiddle ever since.

C South is a giant liberal Dem Goofball. Does this help you cope with your purse full of Pheelz?

Tangentially related: Amazon and SpaceX suing the National Labor Relations Board.

I suspect that whatever Elon doesn't accomplish in court he will finish in DOGE.

Cabinet members from past administrations are littered with individuals whose experiences came through Congress.

Were he appointed, Gaetz would only be the 4th AG in the past 100 years with zero prosecutorial or judicial experience (a list which includes John Mitchell, which is hardly reputable company). Of the four, Gaetz would have the shortest time practicing law before his appointment by about 2 decades. He's simply not qualified to do the job.

Like I mentioned, there are a number of people placed in past Cabinet positions whose experience came through Congress. In Gaetz's case, he has almost 15 years of developing and enacting laws at the state and federal level. The department he is nominated for will be responsible for upholding and enforcing these laws.

And you think that makes him qualified?
