No, that's never what he meant, just as he didn't mean Bannon's NSC "coup" was an actual coup.

Given, however, how the intel community has interacted with Trump thus far, would you describe that as a "coup"? Because I would.

Also, it should be noted that Dick Pics was a Trumper at one time, before he learned about all of the collusion.

So let's play this through. If Bernie had a better chance to win the nomination and the R candidate looked like Rubio or Cruz I'd bet the Russians would try to swing the election for Bernie.

If it were Rubio or Cruz vs Clinton they'd probably prefer Clinton.

IOW their interference did not require any collusion.

Especially the legislation signed right before trump took office that allowed for greater latitude in the sharing of information between agencies. A piece of legislation that many claim is the reason behind these leaks

I agree in part but I know that EO (wasn't legislation IIRC) had been in the works for a while - would need to look at the timeline to see if it could plausibly be linked to this potential effort.

Either way, interesting Obama did it on the way out the door so other POTi would have to deal with it but he was immune.

There's nothing utopian about personal freedom. What's utopian is believeing that giving your freedom away to power hungry psychopaths will somehow keep you safe

When have I stated I like trump? Was it when I called him a socialist who doesn't believe in property rights? I could see you taking that as a compliment.

I took his "going nuclear and he will die in jail", as a response to anger over Trump's comments, at face value.

He doesn't seem like the most level headed and trustworthy source. Normally, I don't judge the source instead of the information, unless the information is: "Super secret, you have to trust me" type of information.
