TrumPutinGate

I don't know why the Republican leadership doesn't help the Democrats show Trump the door. They can get a hell of a lot more done with a sane Mike Pence than they ever will with this fruitcake. I'll sleep a little better also.

There is a different standard at play. Hillary was innocent until proven guilty (even after she was proven guilty). Trump is guilty until proven innocent ( even after he's proven innocent).

I am sure he will let us know in 160 characters or less, tomorrow morning, 4 am.

And it will be complaining about the leak of what he leaked. Which is exquisitely ironic.

"In my administration I'm going to enforce all laws about confidential national security information. No one will be above the law."

I can believe the Washington Post didn't confirm the story with Lavrov, McMaster or Dina Powell... but so what? That doesn't mean their story is not accurate. Fox News is playing defense right now but they are not disproving the story. Look at what Bob Corker said!

Lol, McMaster with the classic strawman argument.

THIS ADMINISTRATION IS PATHETIC.

So you don't believe Lt. Gen. McMaster when he says that he was in the room and no information was shared? I think I'll trust what the military guy and our nation's national security adviser is saying over unnamed sources.

That is not what he said.

He took the article, which says A, and claimed it said B, and then said B never happened.

That's not what he said.

He mischaracterized the article, then said the mischaracterization is false. He did not address what is in the article.

Classic strawman.
That was a direct quote. "I was in the room, and it didn't happen" Also, "the story, as written, is false."

"The story as written is false".... Sounds like butt covering to me. Some things could be right and some things could be wrong. This is a type of linguistic gymnastics. He can deny the whole story by implying any part of it might be inaccurate. We will see where this goes.
