Seems any one sold on the Trump colluded with Russia claim at this point given all the sworn testimony is the person who's not being objective.

How would one obtain proof if he did in fact collude?

Also, I wish that was the only issue surrounding Donald Trump but it's not.

Now he has to prove he didn't collude?

Trump is a buffoon and terrible president. That doesn't mean I have to lose all objectivity in evaluating this alleged Trump/Putin connection.

Most Presidents have not had both political parties and the Media doing their best to tear them down.

I just asked a simple question so please don't get defensive. I have made ZERO allegations of collusion and I'm not implying that he did. I'm just creating conversation here. This isn't about obama, Clinton, bush, politics, Dems, or Repbs. So back to my question.

If Trump did in fact collude with a foreign government or foreign politician, how could our investigative agencies prove this?

Good question. Without tapes, or eyewitness testimony where a quid pro quo was discussed, I don't see how it could be proven.

Yeah, I agree and the two above mentioned items are not out there waiting to be uncovered. Trump is a smart cat when it comes to business and he wouldn't leave behind a trail, which is why I believe all of the calls for impeachment should really stop. It's not helping me or my country uncover the facts.

I say all of that to point out just how inappropriate it was for Trump and his team to have a back alley avenue of communication. You're right BHam, it isn't on Trump to prove he didn't collude but he damn sure has done just about everything imaginable to make the water as murky as possible. Agreed?

This is certainly true. He is my president and I'm alllowed to question his finances, mindset, and overall ability to lead this country. I don't care how many people voted for him. He has a responsibility to handle these things in a way that benefits this country NOT Donald Trump. If the resident Trump defenders on this website can not see that then there is no common ground for us to come together on. Political grandstanding is not what I'm about and I could care less what any elected official says on the issue. You can't dismiss my concerns because of Obama or Clinton. We have to correct this ship we are on at some point and I truly hope this past election will lead to some sort of positive path. I do not believe his influence in our government is leading us down that path but I do believe he is trying to do what he thinks is right.

I don't think anyone has denied that you as a citizen have the right to question his whatever. Hell it's healthy to question and hold politicians accountable.

What I'm tired of are the witch hunts and phony scandals like his tax returns. Let's get off the BS and start holding him and congress accountable for their inaction.

I disagree and agree. While it's not a requirement, I want to see this guys tax returns and there's nothing that will change that thought. Could he be impeached over them? Not even close but he sits there and taunts Obama with the birth certificate and refuses to play ball when it's his turn. That's me holding him accountable. Congress sucks and maybe if they noticed that their country was coming together, they would stop the charade they themselves have created.

95% of people in this country wouldn't understand what they were looking at if he did release them. They would rely on news commentators who have no clue what they are looking at and are being fed lines by people who would be shading the truth. So I can understand why he won't release them.

That being said, I wish he would have released them the day after the election.

They know there isn't evidence, they know its over. Doesn't mean they won't stop pushing it though. Helps get the base all wired up and raise some cash, if they had any integrity they would be ashamed of themselves.

Bingo but he did not and we are left with more questions than answers, which seems to be the case with just about everything.
