The collusion? I think we see evidence or at least people who've been doing the investigation indicating that evidence exists.

The obstruction? Directing people to lie, stopping the investigation into Flynn, pardoning him to stop it, etc.

As it stands it was a damn weak effort at obstruction if it was obstruction. That said, as I've said before if he goes down it will most likely be for perjury; next most likely is a broad interpretation of obstruction; least likely is collusion.

Fair. But, much like alot of what the far left is spewing out on Trump is fake or real? Clinton and hubby have a long list of questionable ethics and legality. It's not hard to to doubt anything about her. The left is just as active in engaging in untruths and twists of truths and the far right. You can't justify one by the other just because the prez is a different person. In either case, both are wrong as the other. ALL of it is a sham.

The democrats are now on to obstruction because they couldn't prove collusion. So how do you prove obstruction of justice when there was no collusion? Did Trump obstruct justice against a false accusation?

Title 18, United States Code, Chapter 73, USC 1505

The statute prohibits any activity that “corruptly or by threats or force, or by any threatening letter or communication, influences, obstructs, or impedes, or endeavors to influence, obstruct, or impede, the due administration of justice.”

It's almost as if Mueller has someone close to him that's very familiar with leaking info. Wonder who it could be
