If the "war on obesity" is as successful as the war on drugs & the war on poverty, i recommend we change our national anthem. The land of the fat and the home of the baked has a nice ring to it.

Those who voted for Trump are not going to be moved by the Russia scandal.

As it turns out, a lot of Americans DO care about the Russia scandal because it shows that Trump has treasonous instincts--which OUGHT to disturb every American--and that he and his top aides have all LIED repeatedly about Russia. If you are not bothered by a president and top officials who lie--in the case of Sessions, under oath--than you are a moron.

At first we heard from Trump and his supporters that there was no hacking. Wrong--lie. Then they insisted that Russia wasn't involved. Wrong--lie. Then we were told--repeatedly, by several campaign and administration officials--that they had not met with Russian contacts. Wrong--lies. Don Jr., Sessions, Manafort, Kushner, others claimed there were no meetings. Lies. And now we have evidence of collusion--and the red-staters pretend all this lying and secret meetings with reps of an adversary government are no big deal. Just shows how lame. conservative voters are. And now we have a spokesman for Pence repeatedly refusing to say whether or not his boss met with Russians.

Turns out that the media has been right, eh? What about all the fake news? Turns out the media has shown the Trumpsters to be liars and shown that you guys are dupes. The joke's on you. And you can bet there will be more--maybe even lots more--when Mueller gets through with his probe. Trump is a bad joke--joke of a man, joke of a president.

Even the "SMOKING GUN" doesn't do anything to provide a shred of proof that any of your lunatic accusations are true.

And yes, a lot of Americans do care - and they happen to be concentrated in places like NY and CA, which has proved to be a failing strategy for Democrats. In the places they have to win, people, if anything, are emboldened to defend Trump even more against muh RESISTANCE

I've made my thoughts on Hillary clear here. I've stated on multiple occasions she should be in prison for gross negligence of state security. I still voted for her, however, because I knew what was coming down the pike with the alternative.

But isn't it amazing? Donny and his gang committed treason with a state enemy, attacking our system (cyberattacks are now a NATO Article 5 cause), in order to get emails and other DNC property that contained information barely of note. That was all they could dig up on "the most corrupt and crooked politicians and party ever EVER EVER!!!!"

As I've said for around a year now, your entire worldview is about to be upended. The fact of the matter is that today's Republican Party and today's so-called "conservatives" are the most corrupt manifestation of politics we have likely seen in our nation's history. And just when you and Steve "I'm a Leninist" Bannon had thought you had rigged it all to turn us into a one-party state, you get the hammer. Just when it looked like you were at your strongest, kind of like the USSR, boom, done almost overnight.

It's not easy having your entire worldview upended. I experienced that as a teenager when I became an atheist. Spent a whole summer in tears and anger. But, you can overcome this too. Man up and take some responsibility. Learn a hard gained lesson.

And you'll be better for it in the end.

I figured you probably should be shown the actual treason statute. You have obviously been too busy investigating to learn exactly what treason is.
