Of course we need to be highly cautious with amending the Constitution, but anyone who thinks men of the 1780s/90s speaks for Americans for all time is a dolt.

The Founding Fathers would agree with that statement as well, although in likely harsher terms.

1. Eliminate lifetime federal judicial appointments.
2. Term limits for congress AND (outside of national emergency) a maximum number of days they can be in session per year.
3. Election Day moved to the first Tuesday after April 15th.
