Anywho...
- Start with repealing Senate election amendment.
- Amendment requiring balanced budget and impeachment of all senators if not followed.
- Amendment requiring all able adults to pay identical tax amount aka head tax
- Congress tied to population at rate of constitution ratification, picked at random like jury duty, serve for 6-12 months but only 2 to 4 weeks in DC.

that's some of my pipe dream.

This I believe since the news media is known for sitting on major stories and not rushing to scoop their competitors.

I don't think you realize who it's against. And it's not the current administration. Hence, the media setting on it.

Has nothing to do with that. Has to do with Mueller/federal approval. Media doesn't just up and report what they get from federal sources without approval - would burn too many bridges for future scoops. This information isn't coming from the White House, which is where the Don Jr. story came (not federal IC/law enforcement sources).

And at this point, you'd think you'd have enough sense to keep that mouth of yours shut on the matter, but keep digging that ditch. It suits you well.

IMO as things stand right now "donny" is not likely to be punished in a court of law or even impeached. But there are some people around him that could be in serious jeopardy. Several have omitted truths from important government documents even after being given the chance to amend them. These can be construed as lies depending on how far a prosecutor wants to carry it. We don't know what kind of lies they may have told the Congressional committees under oath. Also any testimony that was given to Comey before he was fired that is found to be false is also in play and can be considered perjury.

It is clear that "donny" has lied to the people and often. But will he be punished. Probably not but a good old fashioned ass whoopin' might do him some good.

I think there are a handful that doesn't do early voting. Myself, I'd like to see early voting done away with and have a 3 day Friday through Sunday election.

House Republicans are going to face challenges from the right next year, as is. The failure to get anything of any substance passed is going to be easy fodder for underfunded loons to mount real contests.

Because of that, there is no way the current House will ever entertain it. And with gerrymandering it seems like it will be a long time before the Dems are back in power.

Sadly, Trump is going nowhere until 2020, when he likely gets crushed.
