I will say "what did they do with it" "what did the Russians get in exchange"?
Ah what a weak statement. Its undertones just flowing with Trump and his supporter hate. Yet again Conte, you are showing your ignorance. Lying is never ok. But name me a president that hasnt lied through his teeth. You cant. Does that justify Trumps lying? Absolutely not. But there is a fact that ALL of us have to accept. Whoever occupies the presidency over the United States is going to be a pathological liar. They will continually lie to us at every turn.
You can claim that Trump lies more than any other president before him but all you are doing is showing ignorance and stupidity.
The intent to sell the soul is what matters here. Donald Jr. absolutely had it. But that's a given at this point and he's clearly the dunce in the family so it's not that critical.
The only question is did Donald himself know of and approve the meeting, even if nothing came of it. His promise of new dirt on her the following week is strong circumstantial evidence he was aware. And was hoping for something good.
Whether he was disappointed and got nothing out of it is not the issue. If he knew of it, and if he blocked investigation by firing Comey or others, or tried to pressure investigators in Congress not to look into it, then he must be removed from office post haste.
On this day in 1974, the House of Representatives charges President Richard M. Nixon with the first of three articles of impeachment for obstruction of justice after he refused to release White House tape recordings that contained crucial information regarding the Watergate scandal.
In June 1972, five men connected with Nixons reelection committee, the Committee to Re-elect the President (CREEP), had been caught breaking into the Democratic National Committee headquarters in the Watergate Hotel in Washington D.C. A subsequent investigation exposed illegal activities perpetrated by CREEP and authorized by senior members of Nixons administration. It also raised questions about what the president knew about those activities. In May 1973, the Senate convened an investigation into the Watergate scandal amid public cries for Nixons impeachment. Nixon vigorously denied involvement in the burglary cover-up, most famously in November 1973 when he declared, I am not a crook. Although Nixon released some of the tapes requested by the Senate in April 1974, he withheld the most damning of them, claiming executive privilege. On July 24, 1974, the Supreme Court rejected Nixons claim of executive privilege and ordered him to turn over the remaining tapes. When he refused to do so, the House of Representatives passed the first article of impeachment against Nixon for obstruction of justice. On August 5, with the impeachment process already underway, Nixon reluctantly released the remaining tapes.
On August 8, 1974, Nixon avoided a Senate trial and likely conviction by becoming the first president to resign.
Glad you read something. Please point out where you were correct and I was wrong. I did not see that in the article. Thanks.
He was charged with 3 articles of impeachment and resigned in order to escape being forced out of office. He refused to provide tapes that provided proof that he lied. You're welcome. Will your next post be a pointless attempt at splitting hairs in order to avoid the overriding issue?
The stunning lack of accuracy in the vast majority of your posts is shocking. For a supposed educated person it should bother all of us. Just be accurate. I am not splitting hairs. I am being accurate. If that bothers you then you should look in the mirror. It's not hard. I bet I dislike Trump as much as you do.
Michael G. Flynn, the son of Michael Flynn and infamous for his role in spreading*the Pizzagate conspiracy, is under investigation for his role in colluding with Russia.

Wonder how many posters in this forum was "influenced" by pizzagate?
