Conversations between lawyers and their clients are normally considered bound by attorney-client privilege, but there are exceptions when lawyers prepare public documents that are filed on behalf of their client.

Manafort lived in Trump Tower since 2006. How else would they have info on him? C'mon LG don't play stupid.

So you just assume they wire tapped TT, even though no one has said that other than Trump while pooping, and where the DOJ has denied it.

Yeah, that's not gonna fly there, champ.

I thought trump's implication was that Obama wire taped him. If trump had people living in TT that the intelligence community felt needed to be wire tapped, that's on trump. Maybe he should vet the people paying him to live next door and run his campaign. He's all about proper vetting and protecting borders.

Manafort obviously has multiple residences. The pre-dawn raid was conducted at his home in Virginia. It really doesn't matter though. A FISA warrant had been obtained and it was perfectly legal.

Before you go full "OMG OBAMA WIRETAPPED TRUMP" ask yourself this. How confident are you that if indeed Paul Manafort has dirty hands, he kept all that dirt on his own hands & never dirtied up Trump?

Obama personally warned Trump not to hire Michael Flynn as a National Security Adviser. That is also on Trump. His transition team's vetting either absolutely sucked or else he wanted all of these conflicts of interest with Russia... Neither one is good.

Since he was wiretaped before and after the campaign and the investigation has been going on for a year or more without charge 1, I'm pretty sure.

remains to be seen - however whether justified or not Trump's claim that TT was wired tapped doesn't look as absurd as it did until recently.

Depends entirely on what he's indicted for doesn't it?

The FBI was on him long before he was Trump's campaign manager.

How many of clintons people plead the 5th after being indicted?

Shouldn't mean **** to LG. He argued for them doing it.

That is true. All the way back to early 2014 from what I have read... Again, that's some great vetting of a campaign manager - or Trump was getting what he wanted.

Doesn't seem like they need Manafort's testimony to indict Manafort.

And now we are hearing from inside the WH, by Cobb, that other lawyers are blocking the investigation by hiding documents in a safe. Even he has not seen them.

Cobb is no dummy. He's protecting himself. When this all goes to crap and the music stops, he will have a chair. "I told them to hand it all over."

More obstruction by Trump and his administration.

If Trump's campaign manager is indeed indicted, does that make it real enough for you?

He managed the campaign 3 or 4 months. Are you calling him a major player?

Trump dumped him early on. So if your 2nd cousin raped your 3rd cousin that makes you a rapist? Wtf? Reach much?

He was the campaign manager through the Republican National Convention. He was definitely a major player and in attendance during the infamous June 9, 2016 meeting at Trump Tower.

Having lunch with John Dowd and speculating that Mueller had a mole in the White House within ear shot of Ken Vogel of the NY Times was dumb... and weird.

LG you are hearing that from a reporter who was eavesdropping on a conversation. He was so close that he could hear all the details but failed to pull outb his phone to record the conversation? So be accurate, you're hearing that from an unsubstantiated source and not Cobb.
