I agree with you that plenty of people who voted for Trump are not on the basket of deplorables.

Trump got 46 % of the popular vote. But only about 33 % of the population is sticking with him despite his behavior and misconduct.

That means that fully one quarter of the people that voted for him have already jumped ship.

Of that remaining group, I'd say another third are soft and support Trump more to antagonize the people they actually know and don't like, who are Dems.

It is a badge of honor for them to support Trump. But they could flip in a heartbeat if Trump fired Mueller, is shown to have colluded, etc.

They find Mueller untrustworthy because he is doing his job fulfilling his oath. Yet they champion Trump because he has to be stopped by his staff from doing what he wants and because he habitually demands those around him break their oaths. Quite remarkable.

We find muller untrustworthy because of his bestie ( comey) , Brennon , Strzok, Page , McCabe , Ohr , his wife at fusion GPS , FBI paid informant Steel and the way this whole BS Russian collusion ( which they have almost stopped talking about ) came about . If you seriously think Donald Trump is going to be charged with Russian collusion instead of some obstruction charge you really are not paying attention and your TDS is eating your brain .
