He's worried about unhinged Dems who in their minds have already convicted Flynn of a crime without even a single shred of proof. And a highly politicized FBI who have been proven to be incompetent buffoons.

Why would he want to talk to them? What lawyer would ever advise someone to talk to people like that without getting assurances first?

I believe the only legal power that the Intelligence Committees have is to subpoena witnesses. If they want to force Flynn to testify, they can. Of course, if he's disagreeable, he would probably plead the 5th, but that is obviously damning for both him and Trump.

In Russia, it's about this time that guys like Flynn have the worst damn luck and fall down elevator shafts and what not.

And when him and the NSA director were testifying a couple weeks ago both were asked if they had any proof 1 vote was changed in Wisconsin, Michigan or Pennsylvania due to Russian interference both said no

Can't say I blame him. I would ask for basically the same terms Hillary's people got. Come in say nothing then have the FBI destroy the evidence and get off scot free.

Crowdstrike has a government contract and its proactive and incident response services is led by Shawn Henry, who is a former FBI assistant director, who lead both the FBI’s criminal and cyber Divisions, Henry established the National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force and he has contacts throughout Western and Eastern Europe. So let's not act like Crowdstrike isn't legit.

They still were working for a paying client so they're susceptible to giving results the client wants. Why not allow the FBI to look at the servers?

The FBI should be able to look at the servers, right or wrong? Some want the President impeached over something a private company hired by the DNC says. No proof has been presented.

Based on his attorney's statement, he never actually asked for immunity. Also, a spokesman for the house intel community said he didn't either. FAKE NEWS?
