An unnamed, foreign government-owned company in a mystery court case is asking the Supreme Court to pause a grand jury subpoena it received related to special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation.
The Supreme Court appeal comes after a federal appeals court ruling that ordered the company to comply with the subpoena, which required it to turn over "information" about its commercial activity in a criminal investigation. The appeals court also said the company could face fines for every day of noncompliance.
The request to the Supreme Court is the latest twist in the secret case, which is under seal and has made its way through the federal court system with uncommon speed.
This is the first known legal challenge apparently related to Mueller's investigation to make its way to the Supreme Court.

Not much speculation about the identity of this company so I will speculate that it has something to do with a foreign company with links to Erik Prince.

Or it could be 33,000 shares of some stock as noted in Manafort's Trump Tower meeting memo.

General Mike Flynn’s Only Crime
This explains his background with Obama and that he is registered as AFG. Everyone seems to forget the only thing he’s charged with is lying to the fbi. Not treason, not collusion, flynns contact with kisliak was legal as incoming national security advisor. His conversations that got swept in an illegal observation started all this. Illegal surveillance by an administration he outted in supporting isis through the Iran deal. He was fired for outting the Obama admin for directly supporting terrorist financially.
Don’t forget the background of how all this started and where 90% of the illegal acts that occurred to get to this point.

Still supposed to register as a foreign agent. He isn’t the only one that hasn’t by far but I don’t see why people continue to not register.

IMO if they registered as a Foreign Agent, they would not have as much clout lobbying. It's kinda hiding the underlying agenda of a foreign country.

Which is why the penalty should be stiff and applied to anyone who doesn’t do it up front, no exceptions.
