Hate to break it to you, but the US (at least as a Constitutional Republic) was already overthrown in a totally „legal“ manner in the 1930s when the Supreme Court failed to block FDR‘s New Deal and force the federal government to operate under the enumerated powers of Article I as limited by the 9th and 10 Amendments. Ever since that time, the Federal Government has grown and expanded far beyond anything the founders could have imagined. That is why Trumps three SCOTUS appointments were his most important contribution to America‘s history as the leftists are poised and positioned to try and demolish the first Amendment through „regulations“ on „hate speech“ and „disinformation“. Our entire political survival hangs on the slimiest of judicial threads and makes 2024 an election that is more important than any in our lifetimes.

I couldn’t agree more. Like you agreed with the Jan 6th committee being biased. Couple that with one political party holding the video evidence and providing it only to the public what they desired through this biased committee and you get where we are currently. Not complicated at all.

The FOIA does not apply to Congress. It is up to the Speaker of the House who is over the Capital police to OK the release of the videos. Pelosi had 2 years to release them all, yet she did not. It took just 2 months for McCarthy to do so.

So @OrangeTsar 's question about why CNN, ABC...etc sat on their hands was pointless.

Pelosi not releasing was far more honorable than releasing solely to Fox.

Nope. The narrative was complete. I am 97.3% confident they had no interest whatsoever in the contents of the rest of the video. After all, the committee had already paid big (taxpayer) $$$$ to a professional ABC video production crew to produce a slick and concise work of propaganda (complete with artificial sound effects and screams for the non audio portions). The story was told and the crazed left greedily consumed the tripe. Why would they want anything additional?

So, serious question: what's your take? I called BS on day 1 and don't give any belief in anything reported on the "news," anymore. That's new for me over the past 3 years.

I do believe my own eyes. I do believe my own experience.

Do you think the Capitol was taken without assistance? Do you think the crazy viking helmet man should be in jail? What's the deal with Capitol police walking a "domestic terrorist" through the building? How did the officers actually die? Why did the "Shaman" say a prayer thanking the officers for letting them in?
