I've said it before and I'll say it again, right wing biased news is necessary in today's world in order to balance what the left wing MSM is feeding us. In order to get the other side of the story, you need to seek out right wing sites 'cause the MSM ain't giving you both sides of an issue. Do it with caution, understand the bias and verify sources. I learn a lot from guys like Tucker that the MSM media doesn't tell me

The Rightwing Media is the MSM now. You can't consistently have the highest ratings and still be the underdog.

There is no such thing as unbiased news. Human beings are incapable of absolute objectivity. I would respect media much more if they quit trying to pretend to be something they can never be. The newspaper days had it right when most cities had a conservative and a liberal paper that identified themselves as such. You could read whichever you chose or both (like I did) and make up your own mind.

Something to take into account is that CNN and MSNBC split the lefty viewership numbers. Fox has no other mainstream right leaning TV news organization to compete with. Therefore, it might be more accurate to compare Fox with CNN and MSNBC’s numbers combined.

I haven't seen the Weather Channel in years; is it still horribly boring? Maybe the Murdochs can make it actually interesting.

FOX WEATHER is aggressively poaching star meteorologists from Houston, Seattle, ST. Louis, and other markets. They are also making a run at major talent at the Weather Channel. Shane Brown, a top Weather Channel meteorologist ( Chief Weather Product Architect) has already defected to FOX WEATHER.

It might surprise you, but that doesn't aggravate me at all.

Although, it may get a little annoying when people start claiming the CIA is creating rainstorms to interfere with Tucky's commute.

Why does anyone sit around watching grown men fight over an off shaped pigskin on a 100 yard field?

Is it the competition of them vs us or the community and feeling a part of something?

If you align with a certain value, I believe your super ego and ID both want to hear others confirm your own beliefs and also you want to hear how your beliefs are holding up in the grand scheme of societal dichotomy.

…..or there just isn’t anything better on tv lol.

I think all those are reasons people are drawn to the opinion shows and the people who run the show know it. The problem is that they need a conflict and they need a common enemy. Every issue is so terribly important that if we don't get our way the country moves closer to collapse and those horrible people that don't think like us are enemies trying to hasten that collapse.
