If you haven't seen this and are looking to binge. I highly highly recommend stays fairly closely to the books. It will never equal them in military detail, but it gets story down right. More historically accurate than Vikings series. Better story too in my opinion.

If you're a military buff particularly historical then I can not say enough about the books. It gets really detailed in fighting techniques and field strategy etc of era.

If you ever want to see #portchmanbill (thiefed from @GordonC and @VolNExile) cry, let him watch Up or Blind Side. And all these years later, I totally understand Mrs Tuohy hating Fulmer. Anyways, I’m not crying, you’re crying and all that stuff

Lulz… Blind Side is so old Nick Saban is recruiting Oher to LSWho. Nutt is at Arkansas, Holtz is at USCe, Tuberville at Auby, and Orgeron just got hired at Ole Miss

I hear there could be a remake of Young Guns with trans kids being cast in the roles of the regulators. They will each ride horses with manes and tails dyed to match their hair color. Tunstall will be a doc who performs gender-affirming surgeries between cattle drives. Murphy will be a guy who refuses to use preferred pronouns.
