Only saw it once, but I liked it. I recently watched one, kinda dumb movie, but I couldn't finish the first time I tried either. Ended up watching the first one, finished it, and enjoyed it for what it was, then liked the second. It was those kings man movies, I think the secret agents being in Kentucky on the second is what got meI liked Arrival both times I seen it.

The writers and actors strikes have impacted content on streaming services. They’re filling the gap with older programming. Paramount has 68*Whiskey (2020), an update on MASH a la China Beach that didn’t survive Covid or low initial ratings numbers.
The issue with the current model is the requirement for instant hit to receive additional funding. There’s only so much abandoned content viewers are willing to consume. Basically, they need to invest in open series or go to limited series (miniseries) that have a storyline close in 10 episodes, but can be expanded on the basis of characters if interest warrants extending into an open series.
